This accreditation means a brand has at least one member of senior leadership that is of a minority ethnicity here in the UK.
Issues around sustainability, race and climate change are often intertwined and connected to one another, so we aim to support businesses run by people from a minority-ethic background in order to try and readdress the imbalance.
