About this accreditation
The palm oil industry has led to unchecked deforestation and destruction of habitats worldwide. Palm oil is also found in many everyday products, from ice cream to shampoo, making it very difficult to avoid.
This accreditation means a product does not contain any palm oil. We only accept Orangutan Alliance and International Palm Oil Free Certification Trademark (POFCAP) certifications.
