This week we're marking Mental Health Awareness Week, a global awareness campaign that raises awareness about mental health and promote understanding, awareness and advocacy. This year, the theme this year is Movement.

Studies show that spending time outdoors and in nature each week is associated with good mental and physical health and wellbeing. People who spend just 20 minutes each day outdoors in nature are seen to be happier and more satisfied with life.
